Once you sign up for one of the Infiplex seller packages, our Support Team will set up your OMS site within 1-2 business days. You can easily access your InfiPlex OMS site and connect it to your Amazon Shipping account. To activate the connection between your Amazon Shipping account and InfiPlex, simply click the link in the Amazon Integrations Settings page. You will then need to log into your Amazon account and approve the InfiPlex OMS App to complete the connection.

Yes, you can quickly and efficiently purchase Amazon Shipping labels for all of your e-commerce orders. New orders appear on the Order List page, where you can purchase a label with just a few clicks. Order Automation is also available to automate purchasing labels for new orders.

Amazon Shipping is just one of 100+ carriers around the world that InfiPlex can integrate with for e-commerce shipping. Other Carriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and others.

Yes, you will be able to see all available shipping speeds from Amazon Shipping for an order with the associated label cost. You can quickly purchase an Amazon Shipping label for any order with just a couple of clicks from the InfiPlex Order List page.

Yes, you can use Amazon Shipping to ship any order from any sales channel.

Yes, you can schedule pickup with Amazon Shipping from your warehouse.

Part of the InfiPlex configuration is defining user access for each warehouse. Below are the different roles currently availabe for set-up.

  • Main Admin - Full Access
    Main Admin accounts will have full access to view and manage orders and inventory levels for all warehouses.
  • Warehouse Admin - Warehouse Only Access
    Warehouse Admin accounts will have access to view and manage orders for their specific warehouse only. If needed, a Warehouse Admin can also be given access to manually update inventory levels.
