The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) is integrated with American Tire Distributors (ATD). The American Tire Distributors integration makes it easy to send marketplace orders to ATD for fulfillment. This integrations requires a partner account with ATD.

American Tire Distributors (ATD) Features InfiPlex Supports

Automatic Order Routing

Seller SKUs are mapped to ATD SKUs to facilitate shipping by ATD. Orders are automatically routed to the closest ATD warehouse to fulfill the order.

Automatic Tracking Updates

InfiPlex automatically pulls order requests from your marketplaces and pushes appropriate SKU orders to ATD to be fulfilled. InfiPlex retrieves the shipping information from ATD to update the marketplace with the carrier tracking information to finalize the order.

Automatic Inventory Updates

InfiPlex OMS manages inventory updates directly with each marketplace. As orders are placed from any sales channel connected with InfiPlex, inventory updates are sent out. Inventory is also synced with the ATD warehouses that are set-up as part of the dropship connection. This keeps your inventory levels accurate in real-time and helps eliminate overselling across multiple marketplaces.

Getting Started

Sign-up today with one of our OMS Packages and your new OMS can be up and running in 1 - 3 business days. Here's the basic process:

1. Sign-up: choose one of our OMS Packages based on your sales volume from our pricing page.
2. Get Your Keys: we will add your OMS set-up to our project queue and help you get the required keys for your marketplace integrations.
3. Set-up: you will get an email with login credentials and instructions on how to add your keys to the OMS and begin managing your orders.
