The InfiPlex Order Management System (OMS) allows you to connect to your BigCommerce store to pull your ordrers and send tracking numbers back. The steps in this article outline how connect your BigCommerce store to your InfiPlex OMS.
BigCommerce Settings
The settings are located in the Shop App menu - Shop > Settings > BigCommerce tab.
- Step 1) Get Connection Keys for BigCommerce
You need to get the 3 settings outlined below and add them to your InfiPlex - BigCommerce settings area. You will need to create an oAuth API Token in your BigCommerce store using the API Accounts area. Instructions can be found here.- Oauth Scopes
When Creating your API Account, please set the following Oauth Scopes:- Orders - Modify
- Products - Modify
- big_commerce_client_id
- This is the client_id used to access the BigCommerce API
- this will be diplayed after you have successfully saved your API Account. It is called Client ID. - big_commerce_auth_token
- this will be diplayed after you have successfully saved your API Account. It is called Access Token.

- big_commerce_store_hash
- this is visible when you initially create your App or view its settings, as shown below. Copy the text string between stores/ and /v3/.

- Oauth Scopes
- Step 2) Set InfiPlex Settings
- Go to Shop > Settings > BigCommerce tab to update your settings
- big_commerce_pull_orders
- set to yes to start pulling orders from your BigCommerce store. - big_commerce_pull_orders_from_date
- This is the earliest date to pull BigCommerce orders from.
- leave blank to start pulling from the time you first activate your settings with big_commerce_pull_orders = yes. - big_commerce_send_tracking_numbers
- This controls if tracking numbers are sent back to BigCommerce. - big_commerce_sob_enabled
- Set to yes to send inventory levels to BigCommerce on selected Sell on BigCommerce (SOB) products. - big_commerce_client_id
- This is the client_id used to access the BigCommerce API outlined in Step 1. - big_commerce_auth_token
- This is the auth_token used to access the BigCommerce API outlined in Step 1. - big_commerce_store_hash
- This is the store_hash used to access the BigCommerce API outlined in Step 1. - Click the green Save Button
- save your setting to finalize your connection.
- Step 3) Confirm Connection
- Go to Shop > Tools > Log tab to view the BigCommerce logs
- select BigCommerce: Any Log to review the connection logs for BigCommerce.
- You will see a BigCommerce Get Order: Successful entry if your connection is working properly
- Go to Shop > Tools > Log tab to view the BigCommerce logs
