InfiPlex Finale Inventory Integration Set-up

This document outlines the set-up for integrating InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) with Finale Inventory.

InfiPlex Finale Inventory Integration Set-up

The Finale Inventory connection will allow you to sync inventory with specified Facility Sublocations within Finale Inventory.

Finale Inventory Sync

Inventory can be synced with any specified Facility Sublocation within Finale Inventory. Sublocation IDs are added to individual warehouses in InfiPlex to pull inventory.

Go to the Settings > Integrations page and click on the ERPs tab and click the Finale Inventory logo to access the Integration Settings for Finale Inventory.

  • finale_inv_account_name:
    This is your Finale Inventory account name used to log into your Finale Inventory account.
  • finale_inv_login:
    This is the Finale Inventory login used to connect to the API.
  • finale_inv_password:
    This is the Finale Inventory password used to connect to the API.
  • finale_inv_get_inventory_enabled:
    This controls if inventory is pulled from Finale Inventory.

Warehouse Update

In InfiPlex, go to the Inventory > Warehouses page and click on a warehouse that you want to map to a Facility Sublocation in Finale Inventory. Under the Integration Warehouse IDs area, enter the Sublocation ID into the Finale Inventory ID setting.

Finding Finale Sublocation IDs

Follow the steps below to find the correct Facility Sublocation ID in Finale Inventory.

  • Log into Finale Inventory:
    The login mirrors the required fields for the InfiPlex Integration Settings above.

  • Go to Application Settings:
    Go to the Application Settings option in the top right drop-down menu under the settings icon.

  • Select Facility:
    The Facilities page allows you to manage your warehouse locations in Finale Inventory. You will need to find the specific Sublocation you want to connect and then right-click the "deactivate" link as shown below. The select the Inspect option in the browser window drop-down that appears. You will need to use the browsers inspect tools to view the information in the HTML code for the link. The warehouse ID in the example code below is "100001" as shown in the second image below.
