InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System is fully integrated with Temu. The InfiPlex Temu App provides the quickest way to integrate with your Temu Seller Account and start managing your Temu.com orders.

After signing up for one of the seller packages, you can access your InfiPlex OMS site and connect your Temu Sellers account easily. Activating the connection between your Temu account and InfiPlex is done with a security token availabe from your Temu account.

The InfiPlex Support Team will work with you to help configure your Temu connection and help with your OMS configuration.

Yes, you can quickly and efficiently ship your Temu orders from your InfiPlex OMS App. New orders appear on the Order List page, where you can purchase a label with just a few clicks. Order Automation is also available to automate purchasing labels for new orders.

InfiPlex can integrate with many Carriers in the United States (100+), including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Yes, InfiPlex includes managing inventory levels for all your SKUs. If needed, InfiPlex can also integrate with multiple warehouses to manage shipments. The InfiPlex Support Team will help you configure your SKU set-up to work with your Temu account.

Yes, InfiPlex can connect with any marketplace or sales channel you need to integrate with to manage orders and inventory. See our complete list of current integrations here.

Part of the InfiPlex configuration is defining user access for each warehouse. Below are the different roles currently availabe for set-up.

  • Main Admin - Full Access
    Main Admin accounts will have full access to view and manage orders and inventory levels for all warehouses.
  • Warehouse Admin - Warehouse Only Access
    Warehouse Admin accounts will have access to view and manage orders for their specific warehouse only. If needed, a Warehouse Admin can also be given access to manually update inventory levels.

The InfiPlex Support Team will assist you with the initial onboarding for Temu order management, including the configuration of SKUs and system training. Remember, we're here for you even after the onboarding process, providing ongoing support whenever you need it.

InfiPlex offers you the flexibility to configure your shipping preferences. You can choose to ship directly from InfiPlex or integrate with your 3PL or WMS for efficient shipping management.

Yes, InfiPlex has an optional Product Information Management (PIM) system. The system is designed to automatically manage product data by pulling new products from your webstore, like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce, and then pushing those new SKUs to your Temu account.

Access to the PIM requires our Growth Pro Package. Configuration set-up fees also apply to automate the data connection. See the Automated Product Data page for more information.
