 ShopAmazon SOASOA

The Amazon SOA tool

If you are selling your products on Amazon and fulfilling those orders yourself, InfiPlex can track your inventory for you and push those inventory counts to your Amazon Seller Central account.  In order for that to happen you need to have the Shop Amazon setting enabled that allows stock tracking (Shop --> Settings --> Amazon --> amazon_soa_stock_tracking_enabled) set to Yes. In addition, each product that is SOA has to have it's Amazon SOA indicator set to Yes. That indicator is at the bottom of the Product Info tab of each product.

Products that are set as SOA show up in the Amazon SOA tool (Shop --> Tools --> Amazon SOA).  When an order comes through Amazon, the system will reduce the InfiPlex product inventory and push the new product inventory count back to Amazon. If you change your stock levels on an SOA product either in the product information tabs or using the Product Inventory tool (Shop --> Inventory --> Product Inventory), you will need to push those new inventory counts to Amazon.  If you have made many changes in inventory use the Update All Amazon Products button or if it was just a select SKU, use the Update Amazon button inline with that SKU. If this step doesn't happen, the inventory will next be updated at Amazon when an order comes through.

For the System Inventory column in the tool, timestamp and stock count, are the numbers that the InfiPlex system has and the last time it was updated either through an order or manually updating the inventory for that SKU. The information under the Amazon Inventory column is the timestamp and inventory count that was last pushed to Amazon.  InfiPlex does not read those numbers from the Amazon site.

Please note, the Update All Amazon Products button will only update those SKUs where the Amazon Inventory timestamp is older than the System Inventory timestamp by more that a couple of minutes.

Troubleshooting:

1. No Amazon SOA option in the Shop Tools.
You do not have amazon_soa_stock_tracking_enabled in the shop Amazon settings.

2.  You have the Amazon SOA option in the Shop Tools but there are no products listed (No Results Found).
You don't have any products set as SOA.  You can set them individually on each product or do a mass update of all your products with the green 'Set ALL Shop Products as SOA' option at the top of the list.
