The Shop system has options for Deleting and/or Canceling an order.

The InfiPlex Order Management System (OMS) can transmit all marketplace orders to your Shopify webstore and retrieve tracking information to send back to your marketplaces. We refer to this feature as the Shopify Push connection. This connection is ideally suited for Shopify store owners who want Shopify to act as the System of Record (SOR) for inventory while managing all orders within the Shopify admin.

If using a Custom Shipping Option you can set flat fee shipping prices based on either the value of the products in the cart or the weight of the products in the cart, special shipping price if the cart contains certain products, etc.

The InfiPlex Webstore and Order Management System (OMS) can be connected directly to your Amazon FBA account. This allows the system to identify your FBA SKUs, update your inventory levels, and send external Amazon orders to FBA for delivery.

The Shop Packages Export/Import tool allows an admin to download all order/package data for open orders and import it into an internal ERP or Order System. Shipping Tracking Numbers can then be pushed back to the OMS and then to any external marketplaces you are connected to, like Amazon and eBay.
