How long does it take to go live with InfiPlex? Most accounts go live in days, not months. Existing integrations — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Wayfair, Temu, and 130+ other channels — typically connect the same day the channel admin authorizes them, and most sellers are fully live within the first week or two. ERP connections (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Dynamics) take about 1–3 weeks, EDI retail programs (Costco, Lowe's, Target DVS) about 2–4 weeks depending on the retailer's certification schedule, and new channel builds are quoted up front and included free on Growth plans. You never stop selling during setup, and nothing changes on your live marketplaces until you flip the final switch.

InfiPlex can be set-up to use Amazon's Simple Email Service (SES) to send emails from the InfiPlex platform. Using SES will help ensure delivery of your emails verses using the Amazon instance to send email.
