Effective January 1, 2022, sellers will be required to provide an IMEI (a unique identification number) for every smartphone sold on Back Market. Back Market sellers can use InfiPlex to submit IMEI numbers for all orders they ship. Per Back Market, the IMEI number can be provided for the order up to 24 hours after the order has shipped.

This article outlines how to add Item Identifiers to the products that ship on an order. This includes Lot Numebers, Serial Numbers, or IMEI numbers for any product that is shipped through the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System.
