How long does it take to go live with InfiPlex? Most accounts go live in days, not months. Existing integrations — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Wayfair, Temu, and 130+ other channels — typically connect the same day the channel admin authorizes them, and most sellers are fully live within the first week or two. ERP connections (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Dynamics) take about 1–3 weeks, EDI retail programs (Costco, Lowe's, Target DVS) about 2–4 weeks depending on the retailer's certification schedule, and new channel builds are quoted up front and included free on Growth plans. InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) User Roles allows Main Admins the ability to limit users access within the OMS. Access can be limited to manage orders and/or inventory for specific warehouses.

Use the Order Lines tool in conjunction with Order Filters and Order Automation to add new line items to any order before it is picked for shipping. Add a flyer or marketing insert or add the specific line items of a product Bundle to ensure it is picked properly. The new line items are added before the order is sent to a 3PL shipper.

The Order Import/Export tool allows you to manually upload a .csv file to insert orders into the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS).
