InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Amazon Today account via our Amazon SP-API App connection. This document outlines the available options for being alerted of an Amazon Today order that needs to be fulfilled.

Order Alert Options for Amazon Today

1. Warehouse Email Alerts:
   This option is typically set-up for you by the InfiPlex Support Team as the default option during your initial Amazon Today integration. Each store or warehouse has an assigned email or emails that will receive an email alert on every new order received for that specific location to fulfill. To update your email, go to the Inventory > Warehouses page, click the warehouse name, and then update the email field. This requires the amazon_today_send_new_order_email setting to be turned on in your Amazon Today integration configuration.
    
2. Warehouse Text Alerts
   This option works similarly to email alerts. The phone numbers included in the Warehouse set-up in InfiPlex will receive a text alert for all new Amazon Today orders for that specific location. This requires the amazon_today_send_new_order_sms setting to be turned on in your Amazon Today integration configuration.
    
3. Browser Alert Page
   The Browser Alert Page allows you to keep a separate tab open in your computer browser that regularily checks for new orders and can play a sound when any new open orders are found.
    
   1. To open this page, from the Order List page first select your Warehouse location.
      
      
       
   2. Once a warehouse location is chosen, you will see the purple icon button that opens the Review Orders page. Click the purple button to open the Review Order Alert page.
   3. On the Reiview Page, select the "Alert Sound" option in the Sound drop-down and turn your volume up. You will now hear an alert whenever there is a new order that has not been processed.
      
      
       
   
    
4. Alexa Alerts:
   Your Amazon Today integration can be configured to send order alerts to an Alexa/Echo device located in the store or warehouse. Please refer to the InfiPlex Alexa Order Alerts App knowledge base page for instructions on how to set that up.
