Sender Policy Framework
Almost all mail servers are in a constant battle trying to keep your inbox clean of unwanted email. One of the primary ways they do that is to use a DNS record that should be set-up for your domain called the SPF record. It is a special DNS entry that defines a list of IP addresses that are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. If this is not set-up, or not set-up properly, then it is almost gauranteed that email from your website's contact forms or automated order email responses will go directly to user's junk folder or not get delivered at all.
