Accessing Shipment Information for Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment

Many Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfilment sellers are loosing API access to pull shipping addresses for orders. This typically effects sellers who are using a 3PL warehouse provider that is not fully compliant with Amazon's SP-API requirements.
