Flexe Integration FAQs: warehouse space on demand, synced with everything else

Flexe is different from a traditional warehouse management system — it's a network of 800+ independent warehouse operators across 3,000+ locations that brands tap into transactionally, with no long-term lease commitments. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) aggregates every sales channel into one queue, sends fulfillment-ready orders into the Flexe network, and keeps inventory synced across everywhere else you sell.

Section 1 of 5 · Getting connected

Flexe Integration & Setup

How the InfiPlex Flexe connection works, and what makes the model different.

What is the InfiPlex Flexe integration?

The InfiPlex Flexe integration connects your Flexe account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel you run, sends fulfillment-ready orders into whichever Flexe network location holds your inventory, and pushes the resulting tracking back out to the originating marketplace or storefront.

How is Flexe different from a traditional 3PL or WMS?

Flexe operates a marketplace model: rather than one dedicated warehouse running WMS software, Flexe connects you to a network of 800+ independent warehouse operators across 3,000+ locations, accessed transactionally with no long-term lease or contract obligations. You can add or remove locations as demand shifts.

Do I need an existing Flexe account to connect?

Yes — this integration connects an existing Flexe account and network activation to InfiPlex. Setting up your Flexe network access itself (choosing locations, agreeing to Flexe's transactional pricing) happens directly with Flexe.

How do I connect Flexe to InfiPlex?

Setup is quick and simple: our USA-based team links your Flexe account through its API during onboarding. There's nothing to install and no developer needed on your end.

How long does Flexe setup take with InfiPlex?

Most sellers are live in 1–3 business days once your Flexe network access is active. The InfiPlex connection itself completes quickly; the rest of the window goes to confirming which order types or regions route into the Flexe network.

How Orders Flow Between InfiPlex & Flexe

The mechanics of what moves where, and why it's organized this way.

Can I mix Flexe with my own fixed warehouse?

Yes — many sellers use Flexe for overflow, peak-season capacity, or new-market testing while keeping steady-state volume in their own warehouse, with InfiPlex routing between both based on your rules.

Section 3 of 5 · The network model

Understanding Flexe's On-Demand Model

Why Flexe's marketplace structure changes how you think about warehousing.

Why would I use Flexe instead of signing my own warehouse lease?

Flexe's transactional, pay-as-you-use model avoids long-term lease commitments and upfront setup costs, letting you scale capacity up or down as demand shifts — useful for seasonal peaks, testing a new region, or handling overflow without committing to fixed real estate.

Does Flexe work well for big and bulky items?

Yes — Flexe's network includes operators suited to oversized or freight-shipped goods, which is one of its common use cases alongside standard parcel fulfillment. Confirm specific capability with Flexe for your product categories.

Section 4 of 5 · Stock control

Inventory Sync Across the Flexe Network

How InfiPlex keeps inventory accurate when it's distributed across multiple Flexe operators.

How does inventory sync work across multiple Flexe locations?

InfiPlex maintains one master inventory pool, and stock held at any active Flexe location is reconciled against every other location and sales channel in real time, so a sale anywhere reflects accurately no matter which Flexe operator is holding that unit.

What happens if a Flexe location runs low on a specific SKU?

Because Flexe locations live in your master inventory pool the same as any other location, low-stock visibility works the same way it does everywhere else in InfiPlex — replenishment decisions and network reallocation are yours to make based on accurate, current numbers.

Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs

Flexe Integration Pricing & Plans

What the InfiPlex side costs — and what stays between you and Flexe.

How much does the InfiPlex Flexe integration cost?

Flexe connects on every InfiPlex plan. Basic Starter is $49.99/month with up to 2,000 SKUs at $0.50 per order; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 10,000 SKUs and 1,000 orders included ($0.10 per additional order); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 100,000 SKUs and 10,000 orders included ($0.05 per additional order). Full details are on the Pricing page.

Is there a long-term contract?

Growth packages carry a 3-month minimum commitment and Partner packages a 12-month term; Basic Starter is month-to-month. Given Flexe itself is built around avoiding long-term commitments, most users appreciate that InfiPlex's terms stay flexible too — schedule a demo to scope the right fit.

How it works

How the InfiPlex Flexe integration works

Where a traditional WMS runs on top of one warehouse you already lease, Flexe is a marketplace connecting you to warehouse operators with excess capacity — useful for peak-season overflow, entering a new region without signing a lease, or handling big and bulky items a standard parcel network can't. InfiPlex aggregates every sales channel into one queue, sends fulfillment-ready orders into whichever Flexe network location you've activated, and keeps inventory synced across everywhere else you sell.

The InfiPlex Flexe sync rail: orders ready to fulfill flow from the OMS into whichever Flexe network location handles your inventory; Flexe returns shipment confirmations and inventory levels; and InfiPlex pushes tracking out to whichever sales channel the order came from — while inventory stays reconciled across every connected channel and location in one pool.
