Quickly Integrate your Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment Account and ShipStation

• Connection Overview:
  This overview outlines the process to use the InfiPlex OMS Amazon SP-API integration to pull Amazon Direct Fulfillment order data and have it sent to your ShipStation account for shipping.
   
• Connecting Your Vendor Central Account to the Amazon SP-API
  It only takes a few minutes to connect your InfiPlex account to your Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment account to use the Amazon SP-API. You can reference the connection set-up here. Once connected, new orders will automatically start getting pulled by InfiPlex.
   
• Connect Your ShipStation Account
  The ShipStation integration with InfiPlex uses the Custom Store integration in ShipStation. This takes a few minutes to set-up and InfiPlex on-boarding support will help you with any questions you have regarding this integration or any other one you need.
   
• Order & Shipping Flow
  • Orders get pulled from your Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment account into InfiPlex
  • ShipStation's Custom Store connection pulls these orders into ShipStation to allow you to manage shipping. Note that you will need to use the UPS 3rd Party Shipping account from Amazon (Amazon pays for shipping) to facilitate shipping out of ShipStation. If you have not received this account yet, you will need to contact Amazon Support to get your UPS 3rd Party Shipping account. ShipStation support can help you implement the UPS 3rd party account in ShipStation.
  • ShipStation sends tracking information back to InfiPlex
  • InfiPlex sends tracking information to Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment to finalize the order
     
• Amazon Direct Fulfillment Invoicing Option
  InfiPlex also includes the ability to manage Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment invoices. Invoices are normally auto-generated by Amazon, but some clients prefer to integrate invoicing with their ERP systems like NetSuite. This saves significant time reconciling Direct Fulfillment invoices with your accounting systems.
   
• Amazon Direct Fulfillment Labels from Amazon Option
  InfiPlex also includes the ability to pull the labels that Amazon generates to ship Direct Fulfillment orders. This option requires shipping out of InfiPlex instead of ShipStation since ShipStation does not allow us to send labels into your ShipStation account.
