Magento · InfiPlex OMS Integration

Magento Integration: enterprise complexity, one clean order queue

Magento and Adobe Commerce power some of the most complex catalogs in eCommerce — multi-store, multi-website, B2B pricing. The InfiPlex™ OMS connects your instance so orders, inventory, tracking, and pricing all sync both ways — push and pull, your choice, configurable per store. Use Magento as your source of truth, or treat it as just another cart alongside everything else you connect; either way, every website, store view, and stock source is handled as its own distinct entity.

How it works

How the InfiPlex Magento integration works

Magento's multi-website architecture is a strength for merchants running several storefronts or regional variants off one platform — but it also means inventory and order logic get complex fast, especially once marketplaces are added on top. InfiPlex treats each Magento website, store view, and stock source as its own distinct entity, and syncs orders, inventory, tracking, and pricing in whichever direction your setup calls for: some merchants run Magento as their source of truth and have InfiPlex pull from it; others treat Magento as just another cart and let InfiPlex push to it, the same as any other channel. Many merchants mix both models across different stores. The sections below cover each part of this in depth, since Magento's setup options run deeper than a typical single-direction cart integration.

Push, pull, or both

Two-Way Sync: Orders, Inventory, Tracking & Pricing

Most cart integrations move data one fixed way. Magento is different: orders, inventory, tracking, and pricing can each sync in whichever direction matches how you actually use Magento, configurable per store.

  • Magento as Source of Truth

Manage catalog and inventory primarily in Magento, and InfiPlex pulls from it to keep every other channel in sync — orders, inventory, and tracking all flow out from Magento.

  • Magento as Just Another Cart

Prefer to manage everything from the OMS? InfiPlex pushes orders, inventory, and tracking updates into Magento the same way it would to any other connected channel.

  • Pull Pricing, Too

InfiPlex can pull pricing directly from Magento and use it as the source of truth across every marketplace InfiPlex connects, so price changes happen in one place.

Built for complexity

Store, Website & Stock-Level Precision

Magento's multi-website architecture is a real strength — and InfiPlex is built to match it rather than flatten it into one generic connection.

  • Every Entity Treated as Unique

Each Magento website, store view, and stock source is handled as its own distinct entity, including when InfiPlex pushes orders out — not collapsed into a single destination.

  • Works with Multi-Source Inventory

InfiPlex's multi-warehouse model works alongside Magento's MSI source and stock configuration, keeping both sides aligned whether InfiPlex is pushing to or pulling from a given source.

  • Shared Catalog, Separate Stock

A common Magento pattern — multiple stores sharing product data but tracking stock independently — is handled natively, not as a special case.

What’s included

Everything the Magento integration handles for you

  • Two-Way Order Sync

Push and pull both work with Magento — pull orders in the way a marketplace does, or push orders out and treat Magento as a destination system, based on your setup.

  • Two-Way Inventory Sync, Your Way

Use Magento as your inventory source of truth and have InfiPlex pull from it, or treat Magento as just another cart InfiPlex pushes updates to — either model is supported, per store.

  • Two-Way Tracking Sync

Tracking updates flow in whichever direction matches how you've configured orders and inventory for a given Magento store.

  • Store, Website & Stock Precision

Every Magento website, store view, and stock source is treated as its own unique entity — including when InfiPlex pushes orders out, not just when reconciling inventory.

InfiPlex can pull pricing directly from Magento and use it as the source of truth for pricing across every marketplace InfiPlex connects.
