Wix Integration FAQs: from first sale to multichannel operation
Wix makes it easy to launch a store, and just as easy to outgrow the built-in tools once orders start arriving from more than one place. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects your Wix Stores site so orders flow into one queue, inventory syncs in real time across every channel, and shipping runs through 100+ carriers or your 3PL. Below are the questions Wix sellers ask us most.
The InfiPlex Wix integration connects your Wix Stores site to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. Orders pull in automatically, inventory syncs in real time across every channel you sell on, and shipments route through your warehouse or a 3PL with tracking posted back to Wix.
Setup is quick and simple: after you sign up, our USA-based team provisions your OMS site within 1–2 business days and authorizes the connection to your Wix site. There's nothing to install and no developer needed — we handle the linking, SKU mapping, and shipping configuration with you.
Most sellers are live in 1–3 business days. The connection itself completes quickly; the rest of the window goes to mapping your catalog and confirming shipping and inventory settings.
InfiPlex connects to Wix Stores sites on Wix's Business & Commerce plans, which is where Wix's store and API functionality live. Our team confirms plan compatibility during onboarding.
No — InfiPlex is a no-code integration configured by our team. Wix's own drag-and-drop design tools and your store's look and feel don't change at all; InfiPlex works behind the scenes on orders and inventory.
Section 2 of 5 · Order flow
Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment
How Wix orders move into InfiPlex, out to fulfillment, and back with tracking.
InfiPlex pulls new orders from your Wix site approximately every 15 minutes — faster if needed — with line items, customer details, and shipping selections intact, landing in the same queue as every other connected channel.
Yes — print labels across 100+ carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS with Commercial Plus pricing, directly from the OMS. Tracking posts back to your Wix order automatically.
Yes — the OMS routes Wix orders to a connected 3PL or WMS (ShipStation, ShipHero, Extensiv, and more via the 3PL Connector) based on rules you set, with tracking and inventory reconciled automatically on return.
That's the core of the product: Wix joins the same order queue as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and 130+ other integrations, so you process everything from one screen instead of switching between the Wix dashboard and every marketplace seller portal.
InfiPlex is built around physical inventory and shipment fulfillment; digital products and services on your Wix site continue to be handled by Wix directly, while InfiPlex manages the physical-goods side of your order flow.
Section 3 of 5 · Stock control
Inventory Sync & Product Catalog
How InfiPlex keeps Wix inventory accurate against every other channel.
InfiPlex maintains one master inventory pool, and every sale on any channel — Wix, Etsy, Amazon, or a wholesale order — updates available quantities everywhere in real time, which is what prevents overselling once you're on more than one channel.
Use the built-in Inventory Tool for direct edits, the Inventory Upload tool for spreadsheet-based changes, scheduled FTP feeds, or automated pulls from supplier systems. One update propagates to Wix and every other connected channel.
Variants sync at the SKU level across every channel, so a size or color sold on Wix correctly decrements the matching variant on Etsy, Amazon, or anywhere else you list it.
Yes — the OMS tracks stock across multiple warehouse locations and 3PLs and routes each order to the right source, while your Wix store simply shows one accurate available quantity.
Section 4 of 5 · Scaling up
Wix Stores & Multichannel Growth
How Wix sellers add marketplaces and systems as they grow.
Many Wix sellers add Etsy for handmade or niche categories, then layer on Amazon as they scale — all sharing the same inventory pool as their Wix store.
Yes — orders from Faire or the InfiPlex B2B eCommerce Portal draw on the same inventory pool as your Wix store, so retail and wholesale reconcile in one place.
InfiPlex can connect a new storefront platform during a migration so order and inventory automation continues without a gap — the OMS layer doesn't depend on which storefront sits on top of it.
Wix's own multi-currency and multilingual site features continue to work as configured; InfiPlex syncs the underlying order and inventory data regardless of the currency or language a customer saw at checkout.
No — InfiPlex connects through Wix's API on the backend and doesn't add any code, scripts, or page weight to your storefront, so site speed and SEO are unaffected.
Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs
Wix Integration Pricing & Plans
What connecting Wix to InfiPlex costs, and which plan fits.
Wix connects on every InfiPlex plan. Basic Starter is $49.99/month with up to 2,000 SKUs at $0.50 per order; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 10,000 SKUs and 1,000 orders included ($0.10 per additional order); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 100,000 SKUs and 10,000 orders included ($0.05 per additional order). Full details are on the Pricing page.
Basic Starter at $49.99/month comfortably covers a Wix store plus a channel or two; move to Growth Starter once combined order volume grows or you want the Marketplace Repricer and API access.
No — Wix is a standard included integration. You pay your InfiPlex plan and per-order fees only; your Wix subscription is billed separately by Wix as usual.
Growth packages carry a 3-month minimum commitment and Partner packages a 12-month term; Basic Starter is month-to-month. Schedule a demo and we'll scope the right plan against your channel mix.
Connect the rest of your stack
Pair Wix with the systems you already run
InfiPlex connects Wix with 130+ marketplaces, carts, shipping platforms, 3PLs, WMS, and ERP systems — and our Growth Packages include building new API integrations you need at no additional cost.
Wix Stores handles the storefront experience well, but its order and inventory tools were built around a single site rather than a seller running Amazon, Etsy, or a wholesale channel alongside it. InfiPlex connects Wix so its orders join the same automated queue as every other channel: inventory stays accurate everywhere in real time, and shipments route through your warehouse or 3PL with tracking posted back automatically.
The InfiPlex Wix sync rail: orders from your Wix Stores site flow into the OMS, ship from your warehouse or 3PL, and return tracking to Wix — while inventory stays reconciled across every marketplace and channel in one pool.
