InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Amazon Seller account via the Amazon SP-API connection. This document outlines how to manually pull orders from your Amazon Seller Account.
Amazon Seller Account Manual Order Pull
InfiPlex allows Amazon sellers to go back and manually pull orders via a simple Manual Order Download form. In some very rare cases, an order is not pulled into InfiPlex because of a delay in the SP-API or an SP-API outage. Follow the steps below to re-pull Amazon orders.
Manual Amazon.com Order Download:
- Log into your InfiPlex OMS account.
- Go to the Sell On > Amazon page.
- Use the Manual Order Download form to pull a past time frame to re-pull orders.
- New order numbers not previously pulled will get added to the top of your Order List page in InfiPlex OMS.
- New order numbers not previously pulled will get added to the top of your Order List page in InfiPlex OMS.
