The InfiPlex Order Management System (OMS) can be connected with Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime and Managed Shipping Services to get shipping labels directly from Amazon.
Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime Set-up
You will need to be approved as a Seller Fulfilled Prime seller. Go to this page and sign-up for the program.
How it Works
- Once approved by Amazon, you will be given the opportunity to select specific products as Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP). See Seller Central for more information.
- Any Amazon order flagged as a seller fulfilled Prime order will be highlighed in your Order list.
- You will also have the ability to use Amazon shipping on the SFP orders by signing up for the Amazon managed shipping service shown below.
- The OMS will give you the option to select from your defined shipping carriers in the Amazon Managed Shipping Services. You can simply click the Carrier/Service you want to use and that label will be saved into the OMS and you can then print the label. The tracking information will automatically be sent to Amazon to confirm shipment of the order.
Amazon Managed Shipping Services
This service allows you to print shipping labels purchased from Amazon. You will need to sign-up for this service accept the program agreements.
Benefits of using Amazon shipping
- If an order was shipped with tracking via Buy Shipping Services, and a buyer files a claim stating they did not receive their order:
- Amazon will cover the A-to-z Guarantee claim
- You won't receive a notification on your Manage returns page, and your Order Defect Rate will not be affected
