Amazon Seller Multi-Location Inventory Setup

InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Amazon Seller account via the Amazon SP-API connection and works with Amazon's Multi-Location capabilities. This document outlines the Amazon Seller Central Multi-Location setup.

Amazon Seller Central Multi-Location Inventory Set up

Follow the steps outlined below to configure your InfiPlex OMS to work with Amazon's Multi-Location capabilities.

  1. Add a Locations in Seller Central:
    • Add a location in Seller Central for each warehouse in InfiPlex.
    • Use the same Warehouse Name in Seller Central to make it clear.
    • Warehouse Addresses should match.
    • Save the new location.
       
  2. Edit the Location in Seller Central:
    • Copy the S2 ID for that location.

  3. Edit the Warehouse in InfiPlex:
    • Copy the S2 ID into the Amazon.com ID field.

    • Save the updated Warehouse information.
       
  4. Repeat these steps for each warehouse in InfiPlex:
    Adding the Amazon Seller Central Location ID to the InfiPlex warehouse allows InfiPlex to push warehouse level inventory levels to your Amazon Seller account.
     
  5. Enable Amazon Seller Central Multi-Location Warehouse Inventory:
    Be sure to go through the steps above before activating Amazon multi-location inventory in InfiPlex.
     
    • Go to Settings > Integrations > Amazon.com to enable the Amazon Multi-Warehouse settings.
    • Set the setting to YES, and make sure the setting is set to "All Warehouses".

    • SAVE the Amazon.com settings.
       

Once activated, InfiPlex will start sending inventory levels by warehouse to Amazon Seller Central.
