Learn how to quicly integrate your Back Market US or EU account with the InfiPlex Inventory Management & Order Management.
InfiPlex Back Market Set-up
- Connecting to Back Market requires that you have an existing seller's account. US sellers can sign-up here and EU sellers can sign-up here.
- Connect your Back Market Seller's Account:
- back_market_api_key - This is your API Key used to connect to Back Market. From your Back Market dashboard, click on the Support link in the top menu, then click on the Technical Support link in the left menu. EU customers will need to open a Customer Service Support Ticket to request their API Token.
- back_market_api_region - This is the region where you sell your Back Market products. If you need to connect with both regions, please contact support to have that set-up.
- back_market_pull_orders - Set to YES. This controls if orders are pulled from Back Market.
- back_market_send_tracking_numbers - Set to YES. This controls if tracking numbers are sent back to Back Market for backmarket.com orders.
- back_market_sobm_enabled - Set to YES. This controls if inventory levels are sent to Back Market.
- back_market_sobm_pricing_enabled - This controls if pricing is sent to Back Market on SKUs set as Sell On Back Market. Default is set to NO.
- back_market_pricing_multiplier - Default is 1. All prices sent to Back Market will be multiplied by this value. For example, if this value is 0.8 and a product is $75, then 75 * 0.8 = 60, so $60 will be sent to Back Market for that specific product.
- Save - Click the Save button to save the settings.

Adding Back Market SKUs
You can use the Tools > Product Upload tool to add SKUs to your OMS. You can easily download your SKUs from Back Market using the instructions below. You can then use the data from that file to build your product upload file into the OMS.
- Log into your Back Market Backoffice
- Go to the Offers page
- Click on Export My Offers
- This will add a message to your Notifications page for the download
- Go to your Notifications page
- Click on the new Product Export message
- Click the Download link to download the file
