Bonanza Integration FAQs: open marketplace, synced automatically
Bonanza is a self-serve, low-fee marketplace where any seller can open a storefront (a “booth”) without an approval process — but getting orders, inventory, and tracking wrong still costs you sales and seller standing. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects your Bonanza booth so orders pull in automatically, tracking flows back fast, and your available inventory stays in sync with every other channel you run. Below are the questions Bonanza sellers ask us most.
The InfiPlex Bonanza integration connects your Bonanza seller account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. Your catalog pushes to a Bonanza booth, new orders pull in automatically, and your inventory stays synced with every other channel you supply — no manual re-entry required.
Yes — you'll need an active Bonanza seller account before connecting. Unlike EDI-based retailers, Bonanza signup is self-serve and typically approved within minutes, so this rarely holds up a new integration.
Our USA-based team configures the connection with you during onboarding, authorizing InfiPlex to read and write listings, orders, and inventory on your behalf. There's nothing to install — we handle the setup and initial sync together.
Most sellers are fully connected within 1–3 business days. Since Bonanza doesn't require the retailer-side EDI certification some other channels do, setup is generally faster than a traditional vendor-relationship integration.
If you already sell on eBay, Etsy, or another connected channel, InfiPlex can use that existing catalog as the source and push matching listings to Bonanza rather than starting from scratch, saving significant setup time.
Section 2 of 5 · Catalog & listings
Listing & Catalog Management
How your product catalog gets onto Bonanza, and how much control you keep over it.
InfiPlex maps your existing product data — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variations — into Bonanza's listing format and publishes it to your booth. Updates you make in InfiPlex sync back out automatically.
Yes — you choose which SKUs are eligible for Bonanza independently of your other connected channels, so you can test a subset of your catalog there before expanding.
InfiPlex handles the product data feeding into your booth — titles, images, pricing, and inventory. Cosmetic booth theming (colors, layout) is managed directly in your Bonanza seller dashboard, separate from the InfiPlex connection.
During setup, our team maps your existing category structure to Bonanza's category taxonomy so listings land in the right place for buyers browsing or searching the marketplace.
Yes — price changes, description updates, and inventory adjustments made in bulk within InfiPlex push out to your Bonanza booth along with every other connected channel, rather than requiring per-listing edits.
Section 3 of 5 · Order flow
Order Management
How Bonanza orders move into InfiPlex, out to fulfillment, and back with tracking.
New Bonanza orders sync into InfiPlex continuously and land in the same order queue as every other connected channel, so your team works from one dashboard instead of switching between marketplaces.
Yes — orders placed through Bonanza's referred-traffic program arrive through the same order feed as any other Bonanza sale, so no separate handling is required on your end.
Yes — once a label is created, whether shipped from your own warehouse or a connected 3PL, tracking posts back to Bonanza automatically so buyers see shipment status without manual updates.
Yes — connect a supported 3PL or WMS and route some or all Bonanza orders there for pick, pack, and ship, with tracking confirmations flowing back through InfiPlex automatically.
Cancellations and refunds processed on Bonanza sync back into InfiPlex so your order records and inventory counts stay accurate, without a separate manual reconciliation step.
Section 4 of 5 · Inventory & availability
Inventory Sync & Availability
How available quantity stays accurate across Bonanza and every other channel you sell on.
InfiPlex maintains one shared inventory pool across Bonanza and every other channel you connect. When a unit sells anywhere, available quantity updates everywhere else in real time.
Because inventory is pooled centrally rather than tracked per channel, a sale on Bonanza immediately decrements the shared count other channels see — the scenario the sync exists specifically to prevent overselling against.
Yes — InfiPlex supports per-SKU buffer quantities, holding back a set amount from what shows as available so you have a cushion against timing gaps, damaged units, or other channels' orders.
Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs
Bonanza Integration Pricing & Plans
What connecting Bonanza to InfiPlex costs, and which plan fits.
Bonanza connects on every InfiPlex plan as a standard marketplace connection. Basic Starter is $49.99/month with up to 2,000 SKUs at $0.50 per order; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 10,000 SKUs and 1,000 orders included ($0.10 per additional order); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 100,000 SKUs and 10,000 orders included ($0.05 per additional order). Full details are on the Pricing page.
Yes — Bonanza charges its own marketplace fees directly (no listing fees, plus a final value fee of roughly 3.5% on most sales), separate from your InfiPlex plan. Confirm current rates directly with Bonanza, since fee structures can change.
Sellers testing Bonanza alongside one or two other channels often start on Basic Starter or Growth Starter, then move up as order volume and SKU count grow.
Growth packages carry a 3-month minimum commitment and Partner packages a 12-month term; Basic Starter is month-to-month. Schedule a demo and we'll scope the right plan against your channel mix.
No — additional marketplace and cart connections are included on every plan. You're billed based on SKU count and order volume, not the number of channels you connect.

NetSuiteERP connectivity for growing marketplace sellers
Bonanza sellers list through a self-serve “booth” storefront rather than an approval-based vendor relationship. InfiPlex pushes your catalog to Bonanza, pulls new orders in as they arrive, sends tracking back once you ship, and keeps your available inventory reconciled across Bonanza and every other marketplace, cart, and retailer you supply.
The InfiPlex Bonanza sync rail: new orders flow into the OMS as they’re placed, ship from your warehouse or 3PL, and tracking posts back to Bonanza automatically, while inventory stays reconciled across every marketplace and channel you supply.
