Changing Header content
The header content is hard-coded content in the Admin Template tools. To access those tools you must be logged in with a user id that has Root Admin credentials. Click on the wrench icon in the upper right corner and choose the Template tool option within the Design tool. The template installed on your site is typically the first one listed.
A template is divided into zones representing an HTML design as a whole. Click on the one labelled header; scroll to the bottom and click on the blue header link under the Zone Content Option. Depending on the template, there may be more than one header option. Click on the header link that you are trying to modify. The actual header content will be in the last text box labelled Template HTML Content.
You can click and drag out the bottom corner of the text box to resize it for a better view. Depending on the modifications you are trying to make, it may be easier to copy the content into an HTML editor, make the modifications and then paste it back into the template.
Please note: There is no backup of the code that is provided in the admin template tools. We highly recommend that you copy and save a copy of what is here before making any changes. Any support you need to restore the data will be billable.
