This document outlines the Costco Send Tracking Number options in the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS).
InfiPlex Costco Send Tracking Settings
The Costco integration by default will send tracking confirmations as soon as a label is received and the order is automatically set as Fully Shipped. In some scenarios, Costco will request that tracking be confirmed AFTER the Carrier has picked up the packages. This typically only happens if the Carrier is having issues picking up on a daily basis.
Manually Trigger Tracking Updates to Costco
- Enable Order Status Setting:
Go to the Settings > Base Settings Standard tab and set order_status_enabled to Yes. This will turn on te Order Status option in the Order List and Order Detail pages.

- Change Costco Push Order Tracking Setting:
Update the Costco setting costco_push_order_tracking_order_status to "Pick Up Confirmed".
This will require you to update the Status of the order from the main Order List page to be "Pick Up Confirmed". Only do this AFTER you have entered/received a tracking number, and the Carrier has picked up the package.

The default setting is "< Any >", which will automatically send tracking as soon as its recieved.
- Change Order Status from Order List page:
Update the Order Status on any order to use the "Pick Up Confirmed" status, and InfiPlex will send the tracking information to Costs. Please note that you must do this wthin 2 weeks of receiving the order.
