Order Filters give you the ability to define many different filters for order sorting and selecting.

InfiPlex OMS Order Filter Set-up

Order Filters can be used from the main Order listing page to filter specific types of orders based on your needed business rules. If you need a filter option that is not available, please open up a Support Ticket and let us know what kind of filter you are looking for. To set a filter go to Settings --> Order Filters.

• Name:
  Enter a descriptive name for your Order Filter.
• Description:
  Enter a description for the filter. Used only for display purposes in the Order Filter list.
• Filter Options (1 - 5):
  You can set-up a max of 5 different filter criteria on a single order filter.
  • # of Line items:
    Uses the "Is Equal, Not Equal, Greater Than, Lesser Than" criteria options to filter on.
  • Item SKU:
    Uses the "Equals, Does Not Equal, Is Blank, Starts With, Ends With, Contains" criteria options to filter on.
  • Order Source:
    Uses the "Equals, Does Not Equal, Is Blank, Starts With, Ends With, Contains" criteria options to filter on.
  • Requested Shipping Service (from Order Source):
    Uses the "Equals, Does Not Equal, Is Blank, Starts With, Ends With, Contains" criteria options to filter on.
  • Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime:
    Uses the "Is TRUE, Is FALSE" criteria options to filter on.
  • Postal Code:
    Uses the "Equals, Does Not Equal, Is Blank, Starts With, Ends With, Contains" criteria options to filter on.
  • Ship By Date:
    Uses the "Equals Current Date, Equal To or Less Than Current Date, Equal To or Greater Than Current Date, Is Greater Than Current Date, Is Less Than Current Date" criteria options to filter on.
  • Ship To Country:
    Uses the "Equals, Is Not Equal to" criteria options to filter on a specific Country.
  • Total Quantity:
    Uses the "Is Equal To, Is Not Equal to, Is Greater Than, Is Less Than" criteria options to filter on a specific Total Quantity.
  • Total Weight (oz):
    Uses the "Is Equal To, Is Not Equal to, Is Greater Than, Is Less Than" criteria options to filter on a specific Total Order Weight.
