With the EasyPost shipping integration, you can download .zpl label files to print on your Zebra thermal printers.

Printing to Zebra Thermal Printers

First, update your EasyPost Settings to get ZPL Labels. Turn on the Get ZPL Labels setting shown below:

The system will now pull a .zpl label for any labels you purchase.

Printing ZPL Labels

You can bulk download your ZPL labels from the order list page or download them individually for printing.

• From the Order list page, you can select the Download ZPL label option on an order-by-order basis to print the labels on your ZPL printer.
  
• Or you use the Bulk ZPL label download at the bottom of the Order list page. This will create a .zip file with all of the available .zpl files selected on that page.
  • Download the Zip file to your computer
  • Unzip the Zip file, this will give you the folder with all of the labels.
  • If your Zebra software allows you to set a watch folder for printing, you can copy all of the .zpl files into that folder to print them.
  • If NOT, then you follow these instructions to open your printers Que that you can drop the files into:

    • You can also purchase printing software that will allow you to print all of the files from a selected folder. These have a cost to them and will obviously require some set-up and configuration by your IT staff. One example is listed below. Please note that this is not an edorsement of this particular printer management software, but is shown as an example.
