InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel you run, sends fulfillment-ready orders to Excelsior for pick, pack, and ship execution, and pushes the resulting tracking back out to the originating marketplace or storefront — all while managing real-time inventory sync across channels that Excelsior itself doesn't handle.
Yes — this integration connects an existing Excelsior warehouse account to InfiPlex, whether that's your own warehouse or a 3PL that fulfills on your behalf using it. If you don't use Excelsior, InfiPlex's own order and shipping workflow already covers 100+ carriers directly.
Setup is quick and simple: our USA-based team links your Excelsior account through its API during onboarding. There's nothing to install and no developer needed.

InfiPlex does. Orders from every connected channel — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and 130+ more — pull into the InfiPlex OMS about every 15 minutes, giving you one aggregated queue rather than configuring Excelsior to connect to each channel independently.
Once an order is ready to ship, InfiPlex sends it to Excelsior, which then handles picking, packing, and shipping using your warehouse's existing configuration.
Automatically — once Excelsior completes the shipment and generates a label, the tracking number flows back through InfiPlex to whichever channel the order originally came from.
Yes — stock levels in Excelsior feed into InfiPlex's master inventory pool, which reconciles them against every other channel and location in real time.
Yes — many sellers route specific SKUs, warehouses, or order types through Excelsior while using InfiPlex's direct carrier connections or a different 3PL for the rest, based on whichever fits that order best.

Yes — Excelsior's warehouse-floor workflows and configuration apply exactly as they do today. InfiPlex hands off orders for Excelsior to fulfill; it doesn't change how Excelsior's warehouse operations run.
Yes — automation rules and configurations you've already built in Excelsior continue to apply to orders InfiPlex sends over, with no changes needed on the warehouse floor.
Return status and receiving data from Excelsior can flow back through InfiPlex to update the order record and, where applicable, adjust inventory once a return is received back into stock.
Yes — a 3PL running Excelsior as its WMS can connect through InfiPlex's 3PL Connector program, giving each of its brand clients their own Site Area while fulfillment stays centralized on Excelsior.

Yes — your existing Excelsior subscription is billed by Excelsior as usual; InfiPlex's plan and per-order pricing are separate and cover the multichannel OMS layer.
