Flexe Warehouse Integration with InfiPlex

Last Updated: Feb 07, 2022

This document outlines the set-up for integrating the Flexe Warehouse Fulfillment Module in the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management Systems (OMS). You will need to have an account with Flexe.com to get started.

Flexe Warehouse Fulfillment Module Set-up

Contact InfiPlex to let us know that you want to integrate with your Flexe warehouse account. We will work with you and Flexe's API Support Team to make the connection with your account. The Flexe set-up is a billable support item. Please contact InfiPlex with any questions regarding the set-up.

  • API Key:
Contact Flexe support and let them know that you are working with InfiPlex to integrate into Flexe. They will give you an API key and contact for the integration process.
  • Default Carrier Name:
Flexe requires that every shipment sends a carrier and method that Flexe recognizes based on their naming schemes. Go to this page to view the allowed Carrier/Method mappings. You need a valid Flexe account to view this page.
  • Default Carrier Method:
Define the default method to use based on the mapping convention in the link above.
  • Carrier Method Map:
If you have different carriers and methods based on the requested shipping service from your marketplaces, these will need to be mapped accordingly. Define your list of available Carriers and Methods in Flexe and send that to InfiPlex to have set-up.
  • Carrier Account Map:
Each Carrier account will need to pass the associated Flexe Carrier Account ID. These can be found in the Carrier Accounts area within your Flexe portal. Send these ID's to InfiPlex as part of the Carrier Mapping process. A Flexe Carrier Account ID looks like this: 111e2933-bf88-4c24-b99c-bb25ead13d04
  • Default Order Type:
Valid Values: asd, standard. The recommended default is "standard", which is a small parcel shipment. The value "asd" is another type of shipment like an LTL shipment. Orders pushed to Flexe will be pushed with this order type if nothing is found in the Order Type Map below.
  • Order Type Map:
If needed, InfiPlex will work with you to define the necessary Order Type mappings based on the orders received into the OMS.
