The InfiPlex Order Management System (OMS) can help you quickly process all your orders from your Groupon Goods seller account. Pull your Groupon orders into the OMS and send tracking numbers back to your Groupon Goods account.
Groupon Goods Marketplace Set-up
Follow the steps below to manage your Groupon Goods orders:
- Access the Groupon API settings in the OMS by going to the Settings > Base Settings > Groupon page.
- You will need three settings in order to connect to your Groupon Goods marketplace account:
- Groupon Supplier ID:
If you don't already know your Supplier ID, you can open a new support ticket with the subject line “API Shipping Integration - Supplier ID Request”. Please include the legal name of your Groupon Goods account in the body of this ticket. Groupon will get back to you with your Supplier ID. - Groupon Client ID:
You will need to log into your Groupon Goods seller account to generate your Client ID and Token. - Groupon Access Token:
You will need to log into your Groupon Goods seller account to generate your Client ID and Token. - Groupon Pull Orders:
Set to Yes to pull orders. - Groupon Send Tracking Numbers:
Set to Yes to send tracking information back to Groupon. - Groupon SOG Enabled:
Set to Yes to send invnetory levels back to Groupon. See below on how to manage Sold On Groupon (SOG) SKUs.
- Groupon Supplier ID:
Groupon Marketplace Inventory Management
Your Groupon SKUs will need to be added to InfiPlex and flagged as Sold On Groupon to send inventory levels. Please reference the Set SKUs as Sold On a Marketplace from the Sold On Page article that outlines the process for adding SKUs and flagging them to send inventory to a marketplace.
