This is a basic overview of the InfiPlex Campaign Tracking Analytics system. The Campaign system is part of the CRM application and allows you track website sales in real-time from any of your online ads or social media campaigns.
To access the Campaign tools, select the CRM application from your main applications page. You can access this page by clicking on the InfiPlex logo in the upper left of your administrative area. Once you are in the CRM application click on the Campaigns tab in the blue menu bar. This will bring up the dashboard for the Campaign tools.
Campaign Dashboard Overview:
- Main Graph:
- Displays results for the past 7 days. You can use the Campaign Report tool to get a longer report for a specific campaign.
- Campaigns with results will be displayed in the legend and on the graph.
- Click and drag on the graph to select a specific date/time frame to view. Click on the graph to reset it back to the original view.
- You can moune-over the graph line to view the date and data values.
- You can select between the graph and data view on the bottom left of the graph.
- You can select between Days and Hours on the bottom right of the graph.
- You can change the graph view by clicking on the graph icon next to any of the campaigns or data options like Page Views, Session, Sales Volume, etc...
- Campaign List:
Click on the graph icon to change the graph and data analytics to display the results for that specific Campaign. - Analytics Data:
Click on the graph icon under one of the data areas to change the graph to display the results for the Campaign that is currently selected. - Analytics Data - Sales Volume:
The Sales Volume data gives webstore owners a powerful tool to see in real-time the effectiveness of any ad or social media campaign. The Sales Volume data tracks all sales in the webstore, any donations in the Donation applications, Registrations in the Event Registration system, or any payment through the Payments application. - Other Details:
This area shows Pages and Referrers for the selected Campaign.

Adding a Campaign:
- Name - name the Campaign in a descriptive way that will allow you to know what it is for.
- Tracking Key - use the Generate Tracking Key to auto create one or add one of your own. Be sure it is a unique key.
- Descriptoin - this is for your own administrative notes regarding the campaign
- Affiliate User:
- The Campaign tool can be used as an affiliate system to track sales referred by an affiliate.
- Type the name of the website user that you want to associated to the Campaign as an affiliate. The user must have a website account.
- Leave this blank if you do not want to associate this campaign to an affiliate.
- Affiliate Percentage - this is used when an Affiliate User is defined. The percentage format is a simple number and 2 decimal points like 7.25
- Select On Save Go To - Edit
- Click the SAVE button to save the Campaign and then go to the Edit Screen to view your tracking key
- Tracking Key:
Your tracking key will be displayed on the Edit screen and will look like the following:

You can use your tracking key at the end of any page on your site by adding the "?tak=yourtrackingnumber" to end of the friendly URL page name. Use the full URL to your site with the added tracking key as the link in any advertisement or social media campaign to then track all users who click on that link.
