This document outlines the set-up for integrating the FedEx Shipping module with the InfiPlex Webstore & Order Management Systems. You will need to create an account with FedEx.com to get started.

Sign-up for your FedEx Webservices Access

• Log into your account at FedEx.com and request a new Production set of access keys for their web services
• The Authentication Key and Meter Number are displayed on the final sign-up page for requesting a new Meter Number. You will need to copy and paste that information and save it.
• The Production password is emailed to you. Check your email for a response from FedEx.com that contains the FedEx Password.
• The 4 pieces of information required are as follows:
  • Account Number
  • FedEx Key
  • Password
  • Meter Number

Set-up Live Rates for FedEx

The Webstore gives you the ability to pull live shipping rates from FedEx. You can access the settings under the Shop > Settings > Shipping > Live - Rates area.


You can enable specific services that you use, and then apply them to all products with the "Update All Products with Enabled Services" option at the end of the form. FedEx Service Options include:

• FedEx First Overnight
• FedEx Priority Overnight
• FedEx Standard Overnight
• FedEx 2 Day Air AM
• FedEx 2 Day Air
• FedEx Express Saver
• FedEx Ground
