By default PayPal payments will allow users to select any address in the world to ship their order to. If you only want to ship to the USA, you will need to log into your PayPal account and make the necessary setting updates to limit shipping only to the US.

Limiting PayPal Shipping to US Only

1. Log into your account at PayPal.com/.
2. Under Profile in the top right menu, select Profile and settings.
3. Click on the My selling tools menu item.
4. Under Getting paid and managing my risk click on the Update link for Block payments.
   
    
5. Check the box for Block non-U.S. shipping addresses and SAVE your settings.
