This document outlines the set-up for integrating InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) with your Lowe's seller's account through CommerceHub.
InfiPlex Lowe's Integration Set-up
The Lowe's integration connects to your CommerceHub OrderStream account. InfiPlex uses the CommerceHub sFTP XML connection to manage Lowe's order, inventory, and tracking information.
To connect InfiPlex with your Lowe's account orders, you will first need to contact CommerceHub support and sign-up for their sFTP XML OrderStream integration. Let them know that you will be using InfiPlex as your solution provider for the connection and they will help you connect your account with InfiPlex to facilitate testing and production connections.
CommerceHub requires a testing phase before your connection goes live. InfiPlex will manage this testing phase for you. You can contact InfiPlex support regarding the one-time set-up fee to manage the testing process.
Lowe's Integration Settings
The following settings are required for your production connection to your Lowe's account.
- lowes_sftp_remote_address:
This is the address used to connect to Lowe's to transfer files. - lowes_sftp_login:
This is the login used to connect to Lowe's to transfer files. - lowes_sftp_password:
This is the password used to connect to Lowe's to transfer files. - lowes_partner_id:
This is your Lowe's partner ID. - lowes_warehouse_id:
This is your Lowe's warehouse ID. - lowes_gs1_number:
This is your Lowes GS1 number. It is used to create unique container IDs. - lowes_pull_orders:
Set to Yes. This controls if orders are pulled from Lowe's. - lowes_send_tracking_numbers:
Set to Yes. This controls if tracking numbers are sent back to Lowe's. - lowes_sol_enabled:
Set to Yes. This controls if inventory levels are sent to Lowe's on selected products. - lowes_inventory_set_to_zero:
This is the threshold value for setting inventory to zero. Example: If this is set to 5, then any item with inventory less than or equal to 5 will have its inventory set to 0.
Important Note for Tracking and Inventory Control:
Update the Main Warehouse Address:
Your warehouse address must be added through the Inventory > Warehouse tools. Click on your Main warehouse and make sure that your warehouse address information is included. The default name of the main warehouse is "Main". The system uses this address as part of the tracking updates going back to Lowe's. Without this, all of your tracking files will throw an error.
