InfiPlex's Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) simplifies shipping by enabling you to batch shipments based on various criteria.
Managing the Pick, Pack, and Ship Process
The Batch Pick List feature streamlines shipping management. The Batch Pick List form is located at the bottom of the Order List page, and makes it easy to create a grouped batch of orders based on an search of open orders. Please reference the Shipping from the Order List Page knowledge base article for details on the actual shipping process in InfiPlex.

You can search your open orders using different criteria to group your results. Here are a few standard search criteria examples:
- Ship-by-Date: Many marketplaces offer a ship-by-date feature that helps prioritize which orders should be shipped first.
- Marketplace: Filter orders by specific order sources to group them by marketplace.
The Batch Pick List provides a detailed breakdown of all SKUs included in your batch of orders, making it easy to determine the total quantity of each SKU needed for shipment.
Your shipping station can utilize the Batch Pick List to locate an order quickly, print the label, and package it efficiently. Additionally, you can set the 'order processed' flag for each shipped order to mark them as fully processed. The system will automatically flag orders as fully shipped once all items are added to a package and a shipping label has been generated.
Viewing a Batch Pick List
You can easily view all orders in a batch by using the Order List search box, as shown below. If an order is associated to a Batch Pick List, it will be displayed in the bottom of the Processed column, like "Batch Pick ID: 2356". You can copy that text into the search box to filter orders based on that batch ID.

This makes it easy to proces and ship orders on a specific Batch.
