===============================================

SP-API Set-up:

Please reference the Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment SP-API Set-up article on how to connect to your Direct Fulfillment account.

How to Use the Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment Sell On Page

The Sell On pages offer sellers base tools to manage a particular connection. These tools include the following:

  • Manage/Set SKUs assigned to a marketplace for inventory updates
  • Download your list of SKUs assigned to the marketplace for inventory updates
  • View the list of SKUs assigned to the marketpalce for inventory
  • Push an inventory update for any individual SKU
  • Push a pricing update for any individual SKU, only available if pricing is set-up for the marketplace

  1. Buttons at Top of the Sell On Page:
    • Update All Amazon Vendor Central Products:
This button will send out inventory updates on any SKU where the System Inventory is different than the most recent marketplace inventory update shown in the Marketplace Inventory column.

    • Set ALL Shop Products as SOAVC:
This sets every SKU in InfiPlex as being Sold On Amazon Vendor Central (SOAVC). It is recommended that you use the newer "Set SKU Sold On" button described below.

    • Set ALL Shop Products as Non-SOAVC:
This sets every SKU in InfiPlex as NOT being Sold On Amazon Vendor Central (SOAVC), which will make your Sold On Amazon Vendor Central list blank. This is a quick way to turn off all SKUs for inventory. You can then use the "Set SKU Sold On" button described below to reset the SKUs that are being sold on Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment.

    • Set SKU Sold On:
This tool opens a pop-up window that allows you to easily manage the SKUs associated to Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment. See the Set SKUs as Sold On a Marketplace from the Sold On Page to see how this tool works.

    • Download Sold On SKU List:
The download button is located to the right of the "Set SKU Sold On" button on each Sell On marketplace page. This button downlaods the current list of SKUs associated to the marketplace for inventory. The download is a .csv file and will contain the SKU and the Product Name for reference.

  2. Manual Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment Order Download
The Manual Download Order form makes it easy to specifiy a time frame to go back and re-download orders from the Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment SP-API. It is possible that for some reason an order does not get released to the API during the expected time frame, and an order does not get pulled. You should check your Vendor Central Portal daily to confirm that all orders were successfully pulled.

Please Note: typically the selected time frame should be confined to a specific 1 - 2 day period, depending on the order volume typically received by your account.

  3. SKU Search:
The SKU Search makes it easy to type in a SKU number to quickly view the information for that SKU and update inventory for Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment if that is needed.

  4. Update Amazon Vendor Central
The "Update Amazon Vendor Central" button will queue an inventory update for that specific queue. The actual inventory update will be sent on the next cron run, which will typically be within the next 15 minutes. The Integration Sync time on the Sell On Dashboard page will display the time for the next cron run.
