ShipWorks Integration with the InfiPlex Webstore and Order Management System

ShipWorks is a desktop application which connects to your store to help you manage shipping. You can use this in place of the available shipping tools within your InfiPlex Webstore or Order Management System. InfiPlex is an official integrated application with ShipWorks. Set-up Steps

Follow the steps outlined below to connect your ShipWorks application with your InfiPlex Webstore. This will allow ShipWorks to pull all incoming orders and send back tracking information to the webstore.

Please note that if you have your InfiPlex webstore configured to connect with an external marketplace, like Amazon, the webstore will push tracking numbers and inventory back to the marketplace. So configure ShipWorks appropriately.

  1. InfiPlex Webstore Set-up:
    Log into your admin area and go to the Shop Application. Select the Settings menu tab and then click the Shipping tab and select the ShipWorks tab on the left. You must create a Username and Password and then fill out the rest of the form. Store Name, Company, Email and your main Address information are required.



    Click SAVE to save your information.
     
  2. Start your ShipWorks application and go to the Online Store Set-up.
    • Select InfiPlex for your platform…

       
    • Store Setup – enter the Username and Password you created in Step 1, and copy and paste the Integration URL from the InfiPlex ShipWorks settings page.

       
    • Enter your store information:

       
    • Enter Your Contact Information:

       
    • Configure Your Store:
      Click the Edit link and enter the starting InfiPlex OMS order number you want to start pulling from.

       
    • Set-up Complete:
