You can use a Square merchant account with your InfiPlex Webstore. This article outlines how to connect a Square.com account with InfiPlex to accept credit card transactions.

Square.com Merchant Set-up

Follow the steps outlined below to activate your merchant connection with Square:

• Log into your Square.com account and go to the Developer Dashboard to create your Square App to connect with your InfiPlex site.
  • Click the New Application button
  • Give it the name "InfiPlex"
  • Save the Application
  • From the My Applications page, click the View Details link for the new InfiPlex app
  • Copy the Application ID and Access Token to add to your InfiPlex Square merchant settings
• Log into the InfiPlex admin area
• Click on the wrench icon in the upper right to access the Admin Tools area
• Scroll to the bottom of the list of Admin Tools and click System Merchant
• Enter the following values in the Merchant Settings form:
  • Merchant: Select Square
  • Merchant ID: enter your Square Application ID
  • Merchant Password: leave blank
  • Merchant Key: enter your Square Access Token
  • Applicaiton Token: leave blank
• Click the green SAVE button
• You can now go to specific applications like the Shop app and set it to use the System Merchant. Doing this will finalize your set-up in the Shop app and it will now be able to accept credit card transactions using your Square merchant account.
