Temu Integration Set Up

InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Temu Seller account. This document outlines how to log into your OMS account and connect your Temu Seller account with InfiPlex to start managing orders, shipping, and inventory.

Set-up Steps

Follow the steps outlined below to connect your Temu Seller account with InfiPlex OMS.

  1. Log into your Temu Account:
    1. Log in to the Local Seller Center - System Management - Authorization Management page (link address: https://seller.temu.com/open-platform/client-manage)
    2. Click on Authorize a new app, which will display a list of available apps.
    3. Select the InfiPlex app, and the permissions that can be granted to the selected system for the current store will be displayed.
    4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page, and the following screen will appear. Copy the Access Key/Token and paste it into the InfiPlex Temu settings.

  2. Log into your OMS:
    Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and navigate to the Settings > Integrations > Temu settings page.
    • temu_enabled:
      Set this to Yes
    • temu_access_token:
      Copy your Temu Access Key/Token into this field.
    • temu_pull_orders:
      Set to Yes to start checking for new orders.
    • temu_send_tracking_numbers:
      Set to Yes to start sending tracking information to Temu to finalize orders.
    • temu_sot_enabled:
      Set to Yes to start sending inventory updates. Individual SKUs need to be flagged to send inventory for specific marketplace connections. Reference the Set SKUs as Sold On a Marketplace page for that set up processes.
    • temu_inventory_set_to_zero:
      This is the threshold value for setting inventory to zero.
      Example: If this is set to 5, then any item with inventory less than or equal to 5 will have its inventory set to 0.
