InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your TikTok Shop store account. This document outlines how to log into your OMS account and connect your TikTok Shop seller account with InfiPlex to start managing orders, shipping, and inventory.

Set-up Steps

Follow the steps outlined below to connect your TikTok Shop Seller account with InfiPlex OMS.

Log into your InfiPlex OMS site to connect your TikTok Shop Account:

1. Log into your OMS:
   Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and navigate to the Settings > Integrations > TikTok Shop settings page.
    
2. Click on the "Click here to connect to TikTok" link, which will open a new window to authorize the InfiPlex App to connect with your TikTok Shop account.
   
   
   If you need an external user to authenticate, use the URL provided to send to the user. The external link allows the TikTok admin to authenticate without having to log into the InfiPlex OMS.
   
   Please note, if you click the link on the settings page, that the window may open behind your current browser window.
   
   Use the TikTok Shop menu to log into your Seller account, and authorize the InfiPlex App connection.
    
3. Once your TikTok Shop has authorized the InfiPlex App, you can activate pulling order, sending tracking, and sending inventory.
    
   • tiktok_enabled:
     Set to Yes.
   • tiktok_pull_orders:
     Set to Yes. This controls if orders are pulled from TikTok. Only orders awaiting shipment are pulled.
   • tiktok_send_tracking_numbers:
     Set to Yes to send tracking numbers are sent back to TikTok.
   • tiktok_sot_enabled:
     Set to Yes to send inventory levels. Please reference this knowledge base article on how to add SKUs and flag them to send inventory to TikTok.
   • tiktok_inventory_set_to_zero:
     This is the threshold value for setting inventory to zero.
     Example: If this is set to 5, then any item with inventory less than or equal to 5 will have its inventory set to 0.
