This document outlines how to set your default Time Zone in InfiPlex.

InfiPlex Time Zone Settings

The default time zone setting in InfiPlex is set to use America/Chicago, which is GMT -5. It is best to set your default time zone when your InfiPlex site is first set-up. Changing it after you have established marketplace connections in our Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) can cause some orders to be missed when checking for new orders.

The time zone setting is available in the maind Admin settings area. You can access this by clicking on the wrench icon in the top right of your admin area. Once there, click on the purple Settings button. Then search for "timezone" to pull up the timezone_default settings. You will then click on the blue "timezone_default" button to edit and update the setting.

Please reference this page to determine the correct Time Zone Name when updating the setting. Please be sure to remove any leading or trailing spaces when you copy and paste the name.
