VeraCore Integration FAQs: warehouse & fulfillment, connected to every channel
VeraCore is a long-established order fulfillment and warehouse management platform, historically popular with printers, marketing service providers, and e-retailers, and part of Advantive's software portfolio since 2023. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) aggregates every sales channel into one queue, sends fulfillment-ready orders to your VeraCore-run warehouse, and keeps inventory synced across everywhere else you sell.
The InfiPlex VeraCore integration connects your existing VeraCore account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel you run, sends fulfillment-ready orders to VeraCore, and pushes the resulting tracking back out to the originating marketplace — all while managing real-time inventory sync across channels that VeraCore alone doesn't handle.
VeraCore has a long history serving order fulfillment operations for printers, marketing service providers, and e-retailers, alongside more general 3PL and DTC warehouse use — a somewhat different customer base than some newer, ecommerce-only WMS platforms.
Yes — this integration connects an existing VeraCore warehouse account to InfiPlex, whether that's your own warehouse or a 3PL that fulfills on your behalf using it. If you don't use VeraCore, InfiPlex's own order and shipping workflow already covers 100+ carriers directly.
Setup is quick and simple: our USA-based team links your VeraCore account through its API during onboarding. There's nothing to install and no developer needed.
Most sellers are live in 1–3 business days. The connection itself completes quickly; the rest of the window goes to confirming which order types route to VeraCore versus InfiPlex's own fulfillment or carrier connections.
Section 2 of 5 · How they connect
How Orders Flow Between InfiPlex & VeraCore
The mechanics of what moves where, and why it's organized this way.
InfiPlex does. Orders from every connected channel — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and 130+ more — pull into the InfiPlex OMS about every 15 minutes, giving you one aggregated queue rather than configuring VeraCore to connect to each channel independently.
Once an order is ready to ship, InfiPlex sends it to VeraCore, which then handles receiving, storage, and pick/pack/ship execution using your warehouse's existing VeraCore configuration.
Automatically — once VeraCore completes the shipment, the tracking number flows back through InfiPlex to whichever channel the order originally came from.
Yes — many sellers route specific SKUs, warehouses, or order types through VeraCore while using InfiPlex's direct carrier connections or a different 3PL for the rest.
Section 3 of 5 · Warehouse execution
Fulfillment, Billing & Customer Portals
What VeraCore handles once an order reaches it, and how that data returns to InfiPlex.
Yes — VeraCore's automated order processing and billing tools, often used by 3PLs invoicing their own clients, continue operating exactly as configured; InfiPlex hands off orders for fulfillment without changing VeraCore's billing logic.
Yes — VeraCore's customer-facing portals (giving clients visibility into orders, products, and activity) continue operating as they do today alongside this integration.
Return status and receiving data from VeraCore can flow back through InfiPlex to update the order record and, where applicable, adjust inventory once a return is received back into stock.
Yes — a 3PL running VeraCore as its WMS can connect through InfiPlex's 3PL Connector program, giving each of its brand clients their own Site Area while fulfillment stays centralized on VeraCore.
Not particularly — VeraCore's core order and warehouse management functionality works the same for a DTC ecommerce brand as it does for its traditional printer and marketing-services customer base; InfiPlex connects to the same underlying order and inventory data either way.
Section 4 of 5 · Which to use
When to Use VeraCore vs. InfiPlex's Built-In Fulfillment
Both are available — here's how sellers typically decide.
No — InfiPlex includes its own order and shipping workflow across 100+ carriers, so VeraCore isn't required. This integration exists for sellers who already run their own warehouse on VeraCore, or who fulfill through a 3PL that does.
VeraCore is a long-established platform with deep fulfillment and billing features, particularly well suited to 3PLs invoicing multiple clients or businesses with a printing/marketing-services fulfillment component. InfiPlex's value in that case is the multichannel order aggregation and inventory sync layered on top.
It works alongside it. InfiPlex isn't trying to replace VeraCore's warehouse execution or billing tools — it's solving the multichannel order aggregation and real-time inventory sync problem that sits upstream of fulfillment.
Yes — because InfiPlex owns the channel connections rather than VeraCore, switching warehouses or 3PLs later doesn't require re-connecting every marketplace; only the fulfillment routing changes.
No — VeraCore continues to operate as its own product under Advantive's software portfolio, and InfiPlex's API connection works the same regardless of VeraCore's corporate ownership.
Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs
VeraCore Integration Pricing & Plans
What connecting VeraCore to InfiPlex costs, and which plan fits.
VeraCore connects on every InfiPlex plan. Basic Starter is $49.99/month with up to 2,000 SKUs at $0.50 per order; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 10,000 SKUs and 1,000 orders included ($0.10 per additional order); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 100,000 SKUs and 10,000 orders included ($0.05 per additional order). Full details are on the Pricing page.
Yes — your existing VeraCore subscription is billed by VeraCore/Advantive as usual; InfiPlex's plan and per-order pricing are separate and cover the multichannel OMS layer.
Growth packages carry a 3-month minimum commitment and Partner packages a 12-month term; Basic Starter is month-to-month. Schedule a demo and we'll walk through how InfiPlex and your existing VeraCore setup fit together.
Kit and assembly workflows are executed within VeraCore itself; InfiPlex sends the underlying order and receives the fulfillment confirmation, without needing to manage the kitting logic directly.
Yes — if your business also runs ecommerce sales channels alongside traditional print or marketing-services fulfillment, InfiPlex's multichannel aggregation applies the same way as it would for a pure DTC brand.
Connect the rest of your stack
Pair VeraCore with the systems you already run
InfiPlex connects VeraCore with 130+ marketplaces, carts, shipping platforms, 3PLs, WMS, and ERP systems — and our Growth Packages include building new API integrations you need at no additional cost.
If your warehouse or 3PL runs order and fulfillment operations on VeraCore, InfiPlex becomes the layer that feeds it clean, aggregated demand: every sales channel you run pulls into one InfiPlex queue, fulfillment-ready orders flow to VeraCore, and shipment confirmations plus inventory levels flow back — all reconciled against a single inventory pool that also covers any channel or location VeraCore itself isn't involved with.
The InfiPlex VeraCore sync rail: orders ready to fulfill flow from the OMS into your VeraCore-run warehouse; VeraCore returns shipment confirmations and inventory levels; and InfiPlex pushes tracking out to whichever sales channel the order came from — while inventory stays reconciled across every connected channel in one pool.
