Unknown Device. We have sent an email to the account owner for verification of this new device.

InfiPlex sites have a two setp authentication for logging in to a site.  If the system does not recognize the IP address of the device that the users login is being used on, it will send a message to the email address associated to that account to verify the device before that userid will be allowed to login.

If you don't find the email in your email's inbox, please check your spam folder. The email message will have been sent from no-reply@WhateverYourDomainIs. Click on the link provided in the email and respond 'yes' to verifying the device. You should then be able to login with the correct credentials.

If a user is unable to locate the email to verify the device an Admin user with Root Admin privilledges can go into the Admin Tools (wrench in the upper right corner of admin dashboard) and select the User application. On the User dashboard there is a tab for Locked Logins. The Root Admin can unlock the login by clicking the green Activate button. The user will then be able to login from that device.
