Walmart DSV Wholesale Pricing Set-up

Last Updated: Nov 1, 2022

Walmart DSV orders send the end-user pricing on the order instead of the wholesale price they purchase it at from the vendor. This document outlines how to save your Walmart DSV wholesale price as part of the order data. The wholesale price is then available via the InfiPlex API.

Walmart DSV Wholesale Pricing Set-up

The Walmart DSV integration sends order pricing through as the end consumer price on Walmart rather than the wholesale cost that has been negotiated with Walmart that be invoiced. The steps below outline how to add your Walmrt wholesale pricing to InfiPlex so that price can be saved as part of the InfiPlex API order data for Walmart DSV orders.

  • First, create a .csv, comma-delimited, file with two columns headings:
    • sku
    • walmart_dsv_wholesale_price
List your SKUs with their corresponding Walmart DSV wholesale price. You can then use this file in the next step to save the Walmart wholesale prices in InfiPlex. Note, the SKU numbers must already exist in InfiPlex.
  • Second, use the SKU Utilties tool to save the Walmart DSV wholesale price for the associated SKU numbers. Reference the Set Identifying Data section to upload the file and save the walmart_dsv_wholesale_price field for the associated SKUs.
  • Walmart DSV orders that get pulled via the API will now have an additional field named “wholesale_price” which will house the wholesale pricing you uploaded for Walmart DSV SKUs. This will only be available on orders moving forward from the time you uploaded the pricing file, not past orders.

InfiPlex API

The InfiPlex API is available to Growth and Enterprise level InfiPlex Packages. If you would like to use the API to pull orders into your ERP, please contact us for more information.
