This document outlines the steps to integrate the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) with your Walmart Partner account.
InfiPlex Walmart Integration Overview
The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) is an official Solution Provider for Walmart. InfiPlex OMS makes it easy to manage all of your Walmart Merchant or Walmart DSV orders. The OMS automatically updates inventory and sends tracking numbers back to Walmart as soon as you purchase your labels.
If you already have your Walmart Merchant account, we can get you connected and managing orders and inventory immediately.

Walmart Set-up Steps
Follow the steps outlined below to connect your Walmart Seller account with InfiPlex OMS. Please note that the Walmart OAuth process outlined below is new, starting in February 2026. If you have existing keys, you should update your connection to use OAuth. Once you have successfully connected via the Walmart OAuth link, InfiPlex OMS will no longer use the old keys.
- Log in to your OMS:
Log in to your InfiPlex OMS site and navigate to the Settings > Integrations > Walmart settings page. - Click the link to connect your Walmart account:
- Authorize the InfiPlex OMS Walmart App:
Clicking the link will open a pop-up window, that asks you to log in to your Walmart seller account to approve the InfiPlex OMS Walmart App. Please note that the pop-up window may get pushed behind your existing browser window.
- Confirmation:
After you confirm the InfiPlex App, you will be sent to a page in your OMS that confirms the connection has been established successfully.
