Amazon Vendor Central · InfiPlex OMS Integration
Amazon Vendor Central Integration: 1P orders, Amazon's compliance bar
Vendor Central is fundamentally different from Seller Central: Amazon buys your product wholesale and resells it, with routing guide compliance and chargeback exposure that don't exist on the 3P side. The InfiPlex™ OMS connects your Vendor Central relationship so purchase orders pull in automatically and inventory stays synced with every other retailer you supply. InfiPlex integrates with Vendor Central through our Amazon SP-API approved App, eliminating all EDI costs associated with Amazon Vendor Central.

How it works
How the InfiPlex Vendor Central integration works
Vendor Central purchase orders come with Amazon's routing guide, ASN accuracy requirements, and a chargeback program that penalizes missed windows or mislabeled shipments — a different discipline than running Seller Central listings. InfiPlex pulls Vendor Central purchase orders into the same queue as your other retailers, generates the acknowledgment and ASN documents on Amazon's required timing, and keeps your inventory synced so you never commit stock you can't ship.
Our Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment integration includes the ability to pull labels from Amazon, using our Amazon approved SP-API App. For our NetSuite ERP customers, we can also integrate with Direct Fulfillment invoicing to use the NetSuite invoice number on the Amazon invoice, for easy reconciliation.
