The footer content is hard-coded content in the Admin Template tools. To access those tools you must be logged in with a user id that has Root Admin credentials. Click on the wrench icon in the upper right corner and choose the Template tool option within the Design tool.  The template installed on your site is typically the first one listed.

A template is divided into zones representing an HTML design as a whole. Click on the one labelled footer; scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Footer link under the Zone Content Option. The footer content will be in the last text box labelled Template HTML Content.

You can click and drag out the bottom corner of the text box to resize it for a better view.

Please note: There is no backup of the code that is provided in the admin template tools.  We highly recommend that you copy and save a copy of what is here before making any changes.  Any support you need to restore the data will be billable.
