This document outlines the set-up for integrating InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) with your CommerceHub Bluestem - Fingerhut retail EDI account.
InfiPlex Bluestem - Fingerhut.com EDI Integration Set-up
To connect to Fingerhut.com you must have an approved seller account. If you do not already have an Fingerhut seller account you can email suppliers@bluestembrands.com for more information on becoming an approved Seller on Fingerhut.com and their other marketplace sites that include Appleseeds.com, Blair.com, and Drapers.com.
The Bluestem - Fingerhut integration connects to your CommerceHub OrderStream account. InfiPlex uses the CommerceHub sFTP XML connection to manage Bluestem - Fingerhut orders, inventory, and tracking information.
To connect InfiPlex with your Bluestem - Fingerhut account orders, you will first need to contact CommerceHub support and sign-up for their SFTP XML OrderStream integration. Let them know that you will be using InfiPlex as your solution provider for the connection and they will help you connect your account with InfiPlex to facilitate testing and production connections.
CommerceHub requires a testing phase before your connection goes live. InfiPlex will manage this testing phase for you. You can contact InfiPlex support regarding the one-time set-up fee to manage the testing process.

Required Additional Bluestem - Fingerhut SKU Data
SKUs that are sold by Bluestem - Fingerhut need additional set-up in order to pass inventory correctly to Bluestem - Fingerhut. Please reference the Bluestem - Fingerhut SKU Set-up page for a full walk-through on the required additional SKU data.
Canceling Bluestem - Fingerhut Orders
Canceling an Bluestem - Fingerhut order in InfiPlex will send the appropriate EDI file to cancel the order with Bluestem - Fingerhut. Once the order has been canceled, it cannot be undone. To cancel an order, click into the order detail page for the order and click the orange Cancel button in the top right of the orders detail page.
