The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) UPS integration makes it easy to ship all of your eCommerce orders through your UPS.com account. The OMS pulls all of your marketplace and eCommerce orders and includes the ability to buy and print shipping labels from your UPS account without leaving the OMS. The OMS also automatically updates inventory and sends tracking numbers back to connected marketplaces and eCommerce platforms as soon as you purchase your labels.

Automatic Inventory & Tracking Updates

You can use InfiPlex OMS to manage your orders and inventory for all of your marketplaces and eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and more. The OMS includes a UPS shipping option to print labels directly from UPS on your UPS account. The OMS will send the tracking numbers back to the appropriate marketplace or eCommerce platform the order was placed on. Inventory and Tracking numbers are then managed accross all of your sales channels. Manual inventory updates are also available via our Inventory Tool and Inventory Upload. FTP connection is also available to read inventory feeds as well as custom programming to pull inventory from anywhere you need it pulled.

 

 

UPS Worldship

The InfiPlex OMS also includes an integration with UPS Worldship. This will allow you to download a UPS Worldship XML file to load into your UPS Worldship software. This will allow you to use UPS Worldship to manage all of your shipping. You can then create an export file of all new orders with tracking numbers for upload back into the OMS. The tracking numbers are then sent to the appropriate marketplace or eCommerce platform.

Getting Started

Sign-up today with one of our OMS Packages and your new OMS can be up and running in 1 - 3 business days. Here's the basic process:

1. Sign-up: choose one of our OMS Packages based on your sales volume from our pricing page.
2. Get Your Keys: we will add your OMS set-up to our project queue and help you get the required keys for your marketplace integrations.
3. Set-up: you will get an email with login credentials and instructions on how to add your keys to the OMS and begin managing your orders.
