UPS Integration: your negotiated rates, one multichannel queue
If you've negotiated volume-based rates directly with UPS, you shouldn't have to give them up to run a real multichannel operation. The InfiPlex™ OMS connects your existing UPS account so orders from every sales channel flow into one queue, labels buy at your actual contracted rates, and tracking posts back automatically.

How it works
How the InfiPlex UPS integration works
Connecting your UPS account to InfiPlex means every order — regardless of which marketplace or storefront it came from — can buy a label at your actual negotiated rate, not a generic published one. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel into one queue, sends orders needing labels to your authenticated UPS account, and posts the resulting tracking number back to whichever channel the order came from, all while keeping inventory synced across everywhere you sell.
What’s included
Everything the UPS integration handles for you
-
Your Negotiated Rates Apply
Connect your UPS account number and shipper ID, not generic list pricing.
-
Multichannel Order Aggregation
Every sales channel feeds one label-buying queue through your UPS account.
-
OAuth 2.0 Ready
Built on UPS's current API authentication standard.
-
Tracking Routed Back Automatically
Labels and tracking from UPS flow back through InfiPlex to whichever channel the order came from.
-
Rate-Shop Against Other Carriers
Compare your UPS account rates against 100+ other InfiPlex carrier connections per shipment.
-
No Extra InfiPlex Fee
Connecting your own carrier account doesn't cost more — you pay UPS directly and InfiPlex for the OMS.
UPS Worldship
The InfiPlex OMS also includes an integration with UPS Worldship. This will allow you to download a UPS Worldship XML file to load into your UPS Worldship software. This will allow you to use UPS Worldship to manage all of your shipping. You can then create an export file of all new orders with tracking numbers for upload back into the OMS. The tracking numbers are then sent to the appropriate marketplace or eCommerce platform.
