Managing Amazon Business Orders
Amazon Business orders are seamlessly integrated into the InfiPlex OMS alongside your standard Amazon.com orders. For optimal efficiency, we recommend enrolling in Amazon Shipping to enable Amazon to create shipping labels for your Amazon Business orders. While you can use your own carrier accounts to generate labels, integrating with Amazon Shipping is advised for these orders. Explore the links below for more details on Amazon Shipping.
Shipping Amazon Business Orders
Using Amazon Shipping:
It is highly recommended that you use Amazon shipping to ship your Amazon Business orders. Business customers expect orders to be shipped during regular business hours. Amazon shipping integrates with Amazon Business orders to help improve the delivery experience of B2B customers. InfiPlex can automatically download your Amazon shipping labels to make shipping Amazon Business orders as easy as it gets. Amazon shipping also comes with their A-Z shipping guarantee, ensuring that your Amazon account does not deal with any shipping issues for Amazon Business orders. Using Your Own Shipping:
You can also request labels, for Amazon Business orders, using your own carrier accounts. Reference our EasyPost integration to add your own carrier accounts to ship your orders. The Amazon Business orders also require that the Amazon PO be included on the label. This can be accomplished via the EasyPost label custom fields that can be set for each Amazon Business order using the Additional Info fields for each order. Amazon Business orders can be identified where the Additional Info field amazon_is_business_order = yes.
Setting the Amazon PO for EasyPost Labels:
- Additional Info field - ip_easypost_label_print_custom_1_code
Use order automation to create this additional info field, and set the value to "PO". - Additional Info field - ip_easypost_label_print_custom_1
Use order automation to create this additional info field, and set the value to the actual PO number for the order. This value is automatically saved on Amazon Business orders as the Additional Info field "amazon_purchase_order_number".
You can open a support ticket with InfiPlex for assistance in setting up the EasyPost label information to include the Amazon Business PO number.
Managing Amazon Business Pricing
Amazon Business pricing can be efficiently handled within the InfiPlex OMS. You can manage business pricing by updating the Amazon Business pricing data for a specific SKU using the InfiPlex OMS SKU Data tool.

Update the Business Price or the Qty Discount options and save your changes. The saved changes will update the Amazon Business pricing for the assocated SKU.
The InfiPlex SKU Data tool can also be used to make bulk Amazon Business pricing updates by downloading the data, making pricing changes, and re-uploading the new pricing data.
