How the InfiPlex Wayfair CastleGate integration works
CastleGate enrollment, storage terms, and fees are arranged directly with Wayfair. Once active, InfiPlex models CastleGate as a fulfillment location in your OMS: orders that qualify by your routing rules go to CastleGate, shipment confirmations and stock levels flow back automatically, and everything reconciles inside your master inventory pool alongside your own warehouses, 3PLs, and Wayfair dropship POs. Outbound carrier selection for CastleGate-fulfilled orders happens inside Wayfair's network; your own carrier setup in InfiPlex governs everything you ship yourself.
